FNB will tell you this and never deliver

I've asked Fnb to close my account last year. about June. they just refused to close it. they promised me a lot of eBucks before I closed it. they took my account from 80 rand a month to over 400. when I complained they just ignored me. when stopped to to pay my credit card the real journey started. they said I must pay my credit card then they will sort my problem. I've paid 1000 rand and then they started with a lot more phone calls. even after seven when I need time for prayer with my family. shame on you. I have all the emails to proof. they seriously cant be trusted. people paid in over 4000 rand and is now lost!!! sies
