FNB will sink your business
Our debit cards were blocked without warning or notice and for no apparent reason on 19/07/2019. Despite calling multiple times every day since, spending over 20hrs on the line in total and speaking to countless consultants, still no one is able to assist me or give me any feedback as to why our cards are blocked or how to have them unblocked. Consultants are so poorly trained that I get a different answer each time and referred/put through to so many different departments, I have lost track. I have laid complaints via FNB customer care and visited our branch in person - still no answer and no resolution! No one knows what is going on! In the meantime, our business has been at a standstill for 2 weeks now.

30 Aug 2019, 10:49Almost a month later and this issue is not resolved. Seems that no one at FNB is interested in assisting. Our business banker has gone completely MIA and we have not been allocated a new one. We have decided to close our business accounts with FNB and move elsewhere. I hope the cancellation process is better than the rest of the service received from FNB to date - shocking!
