FNB will RUIN your CREDIT RECORD, LIE TO YOU and STAB you in the BACK!

FNB is out to ruin my reputation and credit record I took out a student loan with FNB and have a monthly debit order going off each month. I have never missed a debit order in 3 years. All of a sudden I get a formal document from ARA (debt collectors) to say that I have been handed over because my account is in Arrears with 21 cents HOW WAS I HANDED OVER FOR 21 CENTS??? AND WHY DID FNB NOT CORRECT THE ARREARS BALANCE WITH THE DEBIT ORDERS GOING OFF??? I have email trails from FNB where they CONFIRMED in WRITING that my account is not behind and in good standing. I am a student, trying to build up my credit record and FNB just threw that in the TRASH. FNB **** TO ME AND STABBED ME IN THE BACK!!
