FNB will rip you off

Just some advice if you have an fnb account and a credit card with it. Fnb staff at the Bedford Centre in bedford View branch are either *********** or they are busy with *****. I've canceled my gold check account as well as my credit card last year November 27 2021. The idiot that was helping didn't cancel my credit card. I went back the bank as I was getting mail stating that I owe bank fees. And they told me they can't help me as the woman doesn't work there anymore. What utter bull ****. I fought with customer care as I wasn't going to pay this. It was an ongoing thing for a year now. And now the want me to pay more than R700 as the card is being used. So their x staff members is using my credit card some how. I plead with you... get out of the trap FNB is setting for you. Dishonest bunch of *******. If you cancel any accounts with them be prepared to get copies of everything, proof and reference numbers as they will rob you and feel nothing.
