FNB WILL RATHER SEE US LOSE EVERYTHING - “ how can we help”

We have both been with FNB since our first jobs almost 30 years ago. We have gotten ourselves into debt due to living above our means, but we have an amount available on our access bond of R300K that will allow us to clear our debt and sleep at night. FNB absolutely refuses to help us because of the way our account has been managed, due to the debt problem. (Debit order returns) We have tried everything with them. The problem is that if they don’t help us our situation will get worse and worse until we will lose everything and will not be in a position to pay them a cent anyway. My husband cleared his principal debt and sits with an interest amount of approximately R65K. We understand we have put ourselves in this position, but we want to fix it. FNB will not help.
