FNB will put you down!!!!!
FNB should not ask "how can we help" O NO!!!! They are misleading people and will turn against a customer. Not willing to understand, not willing to listen. They don't take Affordability in concern when self-help to your personal bank account to take debit order as they want. They can attempt a collection 3 or more times making your statement and score do LOW! Your app statement and email statement doesn't need to correspond with each other. When they phone you and can't answer nor phone back - sorry it's your problem. If you don't know to phone 2 other departments regarding a dispute to make arrangements - your lost. Only if it shows 3 disputes from you, 8 collection attempts from them, not debiting on fortnight on EFT of salary as arrangements on taking a loan - it's your problem. If you don't have food, petrol, or can't pay lights etc - sorry that's your problem. Even if you have a 10yr girl in the house. If you ask, beg really beg - they will refuse your offer, they will not try to assist, they won't care- just remember to pay next fortnight. They will send a message to your husband saying they did took your money, and you may contact them on. And that's where it stopped. No details - that's your problem. Then after putting you in so much stress they will have the nerve to SMS you on your phone now, to thank you in respect to your account on payment. You did not make a payment, nor plan for the absolute worst financial stress you have to face - NO ONE TO HELP, ASSIST, UNDERSTAND, COMPROMISE, NO ONE!!!!!! AFTER 3 X REF NUMBERS, AFTER BEING AT THE BRANCH, IT'S A WAIST OF TIME, YOU ARE AT THE WRONG BANK. Even if the Ombudsman for banking services explains that for loans entered into after 01 June 2007, the National Credit Act (NCA) prohibits the banks from inserting a set-off clause in their contracts and from debiting an account for a loan repayment unless the customer has agreed before hand that the account may be debited. Installment arrangements to be paid out in regular payments over an extended agreed period. No way in hell will FNB do that!!!!!! I'm just wasting my time again. Going to lose my job, beg at church for food and won't have electricity! Thanks to FNB - "how can we help you" ......................
