FNB will punish you for early settlement

Settled my loan account around 18th October, account was still debited on the 23rd, understood, but now it's close to 10 days and still haven't received a refund. All I get from the consultants is that the query is being escalated. When you think you're doing yourself a financial favor by settling early, FNB will punish you by keeping those funds in order to be able to reuse them and maximize profits for themselves while we have to starve.
