FNB WILL NOT STOP CHARGING ME HIGHER INTEREST
FNB has been charging me a higher interest than that on my contract. I signed up for 12.20% and they are charging me well over 14%. I have informed them of this and was told their system had a bug which was fixed. They didn't even reverse the incorrect amount they charged me instead they are still charging me an incorrect rate. I am getting tired of this now, is this how you make your money by de*****ing your clients?
