FNB will NOT say "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" when you need them the most.

Still the most innovative bank in SA, but this time hai im going to give up. So I get all these "Offers for you" they even fill up my screen. This only happens when I have money in my credit card, funds in my overdraft ,,,,etc.. So today I have no funds left and all those offers have disappeared. Tried to get an increase on any of the products and they were all denied. SO BASICALLY WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT FNB CAN ONLY ASSIST ME WHEN I HAVE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT. Dear fellow users of my bank, when you receive any of the offer maybe just accept when you still have time cause FNB WILL NOT SAY "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" when you need them the most.
