FNB will not reverse pending payment despite being informed it is ********** - they will just let people take money out of your account.

I just got notified by sms that there was a pending payment on my business debit card. It was clearly ********** and I immediately contacted FNB to stop the payment. There was no OTP or anything and the card was still in my possession.

FNB would not stop the payment despite the fact that I contacted them within 2 minutes of receiving the SMS. They just said pending payments cannot be stopped and that they will just investigate over 7 to 10 days. Every other payment needs OTP and verification, and this one they just let go ahead.
