FNB WILL NOT RELEASE MY MONEY!

Frustrated Customer Over a year ago funds that entered my FNB business account was frozen by FNB on the instruction of the sender. The investigating officer on the case one SINDY DAMONS had a conversation with the accuser and by the time she and I spoke she had already made up her mind that I was guilty. She went as far as to say and I quote “You can take the money you stole to pay the lawyer to fight your case” (I have a recording). In the mean time up until this point I have called FNB ***** department numerous times to find some resolve only to be told I will be contacted by some department that has absolutely no contact with the outside world, How does that work ! go figure! I then resolved to going into the bank and to be turned away and to go to SAPS. I will not go into detail how useless that endeavor was. The lawyer I did hire finally got the complainant to agree to drop the charges against me I took the document to the bank and the bank manager assisted me to call the elusive department and was then reprimanded like some child by one NOMASWAZI SIBANDE who proceeded to say that a court order meant absolutely nothing in the eyes of FNB and the only way my funds would be released is if the complainant called FNB and gave the instruction himself. Since then the complainant has called FNB ***** and under their instruction submitted an Avidivit declaring that he has dropped the charges and that the funds be released it has now been two weeks and now after calling FNB again I have told I will be contacted by the same person who thinks I am guilty! I asked to under no circumstances to be contacted by her and requested an email from her manager T****ie Leone. I still have not been contacted. All I want to know when MY MONEY will be released and no one is answering me so I have resorted to report this issue to HELLO PETER Can someone at FNB who unbiased please assist me!
