FNB will Not refund money taken from your account

So in the last several months myself and two other close family members have been de***** and money taken from our FNB accounts. (note All FNB) and FNB is just saying well complete this paper work and thebn sorry we can't assist you. Whycam I trusting FNB with my money if FNB can't keep it save in my account. Had a ask around and it seems its only a FNB thing. So is it time to move?
