Fnb will not recommend

I have been trying online with no success, I used my secure chat which is a waste on the app,send an email only for someone from fnb to send it to another person to assist me and still nothing. I have been with fnb for many years and they offer you nothing and Cleary don't want to assist me in investing.... All TV adverts a bunch of nonsense.... I will go elsewhere.
