FNB WILL NOT HELP YOU SETTLE YOUR DEBT
Wanted to apply for a consolidation loan after being a client for very long. They keep declining. Are you not the ones that actually need to look after your customers, assisting when we need you? Monthly expenses values they give are not true! Not able to change that. This was my bank for so many years. I just needed a loan to repay all my other debt, last few months have been hectic. But no sadly they don't want to assist

04 Feb 2025, 11:47Now they keep on telling me that I don't have an application open for a consolidatio loan!! But they keep on declining! They will NEVER EVER help their clients that's banking with them for years!! Is this the way they treat their clients?? They are very eager to let you upgrade your accounts and then the monthly fees are so high. No I think it's time to change banks.
