FNB will not help you in an emergency, use a different bank

Part of the Premier Fusion offering has always been free roadside assist. This was promised when I opened the account years ago and was indicated as being part of the exorbitant monthly "administration costs" on the account. When it was needed, I contacted the helpline and was rudely told that it is no longer part of any of the product offerings except FNB Insure. What's the ****** point of paying 20x the amount I would at a bank like Capitec when FNB sneakily removes benefits and the only communication to clients is hidden in a PDF on annual rates?
