FNB WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PAY OFF MY LOAN

FNB will not let me pay off a loan. When I attempt to pay off my loan, I get a response from FNB that that the request cannot be processed and that FNB are looking into it . Looking into what? Once again nothing but incompetence; stupidity and disrespect from a useless bank. Time to move to another bank.
