FNB will never help you but cause you headache

So today I was trying to buy take away and my transaction declined. I went to the ATM and the withdrawal declined. I phone FNB call centre and they refuse to assist me but force me to load app or go to the branch. I get to the branch and they still refuse to assist me and demand I make changes on the app.I didn’t receive any sms to warn me about the whole mess and they make me feel like a ******** because they don’t disclose on why my account is locked. Now I don’t have money for petrol and I have to make calls for help
