Fnb will never help you !!!

I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service with fnb.couple weeks ago I took a salary cut at work so I wanted to make an arrangement with my creditors to inform them and I required help .For two weeks every single day I sat on the phone for 3 hours per day getting transferred agent to agent getting no help.than I have decided to go to the branch to ask for assistance but they couldn't help me .the helpful bank manager said she will make some calls to see what she could do.today I called to follow up I was told my account is not in arrears they cant do anything. All I want is to lower my premium on my credit card keep my credit store clean is that so hard to do !!!!
