FNB will never help

This is my situation, I have been banking with FNB for over 20 years and currently a private client, I did an application for a bond after finding my dream home last Wednesday. On Friday I received an email to stating my loan was declined, not due to affordability but my wifes negative credit status, due being married in COP. This is a real nonsensical story as I am the main applicant.

I rather be with capitec standard platform, then being with FNB Private Clients, all they do is make money out of you but do ****** all to assist you when you really need them. What have you done for me as a private clients???sweet f$!%all
