FNB will negatively impact your Credit Rating!

FNB truly has become a pain in the ass to deal with. From closing an account to them just keeping up to date with credit bureau updates that should be done monthly from their departments. My FNB credit card facility account details have not been updated with the Credit Bureaus in over 2months at the time of writing this. It falls on me to chase you around in order to do your job?

Emails to your company regarding this don't seem to get any response other than the automated response which 50% of time seems to go un-responded to.

There is a reason credit bureau data requires regular updates... It is a reflection used to gauge a persons financial credibility, it's a shame we can't rate your bank on the same criteria. Bet you'd be upset if I dragged my heels on rating if your company was financially sound or not?
