FNB will make money at your own cost - even under debt review
I wish I could give zero stars for the shambles that FNB have introduced in my life lately. After over 20 years of me being a client (since I was 15/16 years old) FNB have now lumped me with a debt that I: 1. Never entered into agreement with them for. 2. Have no documented records of because it isn't even visible on my Banking Profile. 3. Have never used or received a cent of this debt, yet I am somehow owing.
But more importantly, it is impossible that I could have entered into this credit-agreement because I have been under debt review for the past 3 years. FNB's lawyers can look forward to explaining how they somehow lent me more money (which there is only fabrications of from them to my Debt Counsellor). My court order has no record of this debt because it never existed. My only creditor was FNB and Wesbank. Now I can't exit debt review because of this phantom account that I am paying REAL money to every month. FNB hustles its own financially burdened customers.
