FNB will let your money vanish and say nothing happened and ignore you

Your money vanishes from your account without a trace. You try to find out what to do about it. The bank refuses to return the funds, claim the payment was legitimate, and they proceed to literally ignore your complaints on an ongoing basis on every platform, inlcuding both the APP and email. No response is forthcoming from anywhere. DO not bank here. Their customer service is literally so nonexistant. Nobody even has the decency to pick up a damn phone and find out what the heck is going on.
