FNB WILL GO ON TO LOSE MORE CLIENTS

It has been more than a week now.
That yet I do not know what is going on with FNB or how they are handling the issue or who for that matter will be dealing with the matter.
All I heard a week ago was that it will be escalated to FNB care of which this does not make sense to me as the Branch manager did not want to address anything nor take it upon her to see to it that a solution is arrived at and the matter attended to. Instead she shifted or moved any responsibility from herself, shocking???
I often wonder that in these tough economic times people like FNB will manage to keep on their client or lose them to competing banks that make sense than them in their ridiculous banking fees.
SOUTH AFRICANS I HOPE YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT JOINING A BANK THAT MAKES YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU DONT KNOW!!!
