FNB will give your money away via unauthorized debit order and not give it back
King price took my money after I canceled with them and started paying another insurer. Now FNB is not allowing me to get my money back. I received an email from king price saying that my policy is canceled but they still take my money. If FNB is going to give me the middle finger here I will do the same and they not going to like it. A hellopeter complaint will be the worst of their worries.

03 Mar 2020, 13:29It's fine. Nobody at FNB got back to me. The chat kept saying I was part of hundreds of people in the queue. King Price contacted me shortly after the complaint and they have sorted everything out. "How can we help you?" Maybe just start by trying to help instead of making it a ********* slogan
