FNB WILL DEPARTMENT FAILING THE PEOPLE with little accountability

When FNB is selling/upselling their products, they promise you heaven and earth, and when it's time to deliver they then FAIL...

My mom sadly passed on in Feb and since then FNB HAS BEEN Searching for her will / or her wish list, it's been close to 3 months now ...

This is so traumatising and I would advise anyone NOT to TAKE A WILL WITH THE BANKS. AS IT IS A NIGHTMARE
