FNB will de***** you legally

I have had more than my fair share of crippling frustrations with FNB. One of them being, I opened a business account with them and after many days of not receiving the card I had to order a new one and they charged me as though they first one had been delivered and I lost it. My other incident was that I went into the branch and asked for my account number and they emailed me a wrong number. I had money deposited into that wrong account and they promised it would be reversed into my account within 10 working days . It’s been over 5 months now and the investigator from FNB who promised to sort it out stopped responding to my emails and has blocked my number
