FNB will cripple your business

I app**** online for a FNB business account. Due to Corona i decide to take advantage of the online platform. I then received an email with instructions and documents needed, to which i sent those documents on the 6th June. I have not had any communication since. When i enquire as to why my account is not active they told me its because of my FICA status. I have transferred money into the account to activate it and i cannot operate as the cash for daily operations is unavailable to use . All of a sudden FNB has ow sent me a form KYC form to print and sign. This is useless as if the process digital then how do they expect me to print and sign. My business is suffering and my calls are not being answered.
