FNB will charge mammoth interest

FNB is a bank that does not cater or care for its long standing customers. Just trying to get a personal loan urgently and its giving me a mammoth 24.75 interest yet it says you can get 12.75percent. Once you ask them they say the system generates nd its not their problem. I deeply regret ever using this bank
