FNB will BS you just to get a new client.

I was at Springs Mall yesterday to apply for the new SASSA card in a hell of a long queue. Then agents from FNB came to the queue, telling people they can apply for the new card at FNB.

When I got there, the agent told people they first have to open an FNB account and that they don't hand out the SASSA cards, wasting everyone's time just to set them back to the back of the queue.

She gave me a confirmation letter and said all I have to do is hand it in at a SASSA branch. I went there, stood in the sun for an hour and a half just for them to tell me I still need the new SASSA card.

Just to **** off FNB as they did to me, I feel like switching to another bank. They totally wasted my time just so they can get my grant money paid into my FNB account. A total bunch of **** artists!
