fnb will also undergo name change to LPB least profesional bank
More than a month ago we asked that FNB must look into an issue that they said will be resolved in 14 business days. After 14 business days I phoned again and the consultant said the matter will now be escelated. A month later and waiting for 30 minutes for the phone to be answered and then another 15 minutes until I put the phone down after the consultant just disappeared without even asking me to hold on I am TIRED of FNB`s absolute incompetence in this matter! I hereby demand that FNB will pay my pro-rata tax penalty as it is the only reason that I could not hand in my tax.
