FNB Will

My father in law passed on in March this year, he had a will with FNB and now we get sent from Pillar to Post, All the paper work needed is in order but they still refuse to realise his funds. No one seem to care to help and the sad part about it no one cares. Wish he was still alive and see for himself the bank he trusted and used for year's does not care at all. FNB is so so bad nxa!
