FNB why do I pay for Gapcover? Second time in a row you people failed me again. I submitted the claim on 11 May 2026. On 26 May I spoke to Sewele she said they will call me back Thursday. It's now already the next Thursday still no word from you. Now I phone speak to Jabulani he tells me the same story. He argues with me tells me I only summited it 26 May 2026. I have proof I send it 11 May from my husband's email adress. I am highly unset with you. Why do I pay R400 per month? For this poor service.
