FNB why deduct money after I made payment?

After paying my monthly credit card payment on 1 March (I have untill 3 March to make my monthly payment), FNB thought it will be a great idea to deduct the money off my account of 4 March again..... To my horror I had to discover I have no money in my cheque account for a day trip I have planned with my family or to fill up my car for the working week ahead.....

The money is not reflecting in my cheque account or in my credit card. I am sure FNB will come with some lame explanation, but really..... It is not on.... very disappointed in FNB
