Fnb why are you reaping me

Honestly I dont know whats going on with FNB. They are trying to reap me off all the time. I submitted a claim for my overdraft. Now thay pay me and deduct that money for unpaid debit orders. More than half of the money they paid after writing to this platform that they are refusing to honour our insurance agreement. The go to the extend of making sure they take that money from me. Honestly I dont I dont understand this bank. You tell them that you have been affected by covid and have no income. They call you to say we will pay your claim and after a few days they take that same money that they paid away from you. Honestly I give up.
