FNB WHY AM I PAYING A HIGHER INTEREST BECAUSE OF YOUR TECHNICAL ISSUES??????

Usually run their statements on 6th or 07th of each month. Why this month was the statement run today, 26th Feb resulting in higher interest rate charged to me? The repo rate decreased I am supposed to pay less interest this needs to be adjusted and me refunded. Zain from your credit card division on your FNB banking app, responded the following: " Usually run their statements on 6th or 07th of each month. Now my question is why am I paying a higher interest rate due to FNB's error?!
