Fnb why ???

I opened an estate account at fnb .The money was from my late Aunt policy .I submitted everything at My late aunts bank where the policy was and I even submitted everything at FNB .And now they freezed the account while I was busy paying everybody that I lended money during the burial. What am I supposed to do now .I buried my aunt in December while I'm still mourning Fnb does this to me heartbroken 💔.
