FNB - Who Cares

For the past 3 weeks i have been trying to get assistance from the Collections department for my Home Loan, we are nearing the end of May and I am not able to pay my Bond due to my husband being put on short time which could last for approximately 8 months. I am absolutely dsigusted in the service which FNB provides. You will see that from the past 12 months i have had nothing but Misery from FNB. We are needing assistance with our bond payments for the future not just for the Covid-19 situation. We are in a bad financial situation and was advised that we should be able to restructure our bond payments by getting a payment holiday or stable payment arrangement.
