FNB where you can purchase without money or an overdraft but... you get charged FEES!!!!
This is the umpteenth time I am complaining about the SAME THING! I have a cheque account without a overdraft. Only going back Since June, fnb go ahead and deduct do not honour fees as they please. The total since June has been R1920.00. In april I see it was about R1800.00. This is INSANITY!!!!!!!! My salary got paid on the evening of the 24th August. How do you justify charging me R480.00 in fees when my monies were paid? Prior to that, there is money in my account when I buy otherwise I will not buy. DURRRRRR. I do not give a rats ass how your systems works balance vs available balance, nor do I care. If i dont have money, then the transaction should not be authorised.I don't know how you legally get away with this? I will be taking this further, last time i threatened, this time im not paying around. I am going to submit a full report to the ombudsman and I am sending this to Carte Blanche, social media, newspapers/ POINTS TO NOTE : 1) I DO NOT HAVE AN OVERDRAFT I am under DEBT REVIEW - If I tap, or swipe or buy FNB must NOT HONOUR the payment if there is no money. You cannot buy something if you do not have the money in your account. I understand a debit order that goes off and it bounces but then surely the transaction should reverse - yes for that you can charge a no funds fee. I dont want to hear nonsense about "This is a feature for premium cheque account holders" bull dust. I do not want this feature. Take it away, and do it for good this time. 2) This has happened in the past , I complained and was told that I cannot have these fees reversed as I was advised about the system. Guess what. I dont care. I demand that ALL of my fees be reversed that were ****** from me Since May. I am absolutely FUMING. I have a bidvest account that I opened so dont think I am desperate for your account. You have literally BANKRUPTED ME and are making things very difficult for me financially. Treating the customer fairly? The National credit regulator and other organisations need to know what is going on with FNB. I am going to enlighten them and tell everybody I possible know about FNBS thieving business practises. You are *****ING from me and my children. I am under SEVERE financial distress but let me guess, you DONT CARE> Your logo should read FNB "HOW CAN WE #$%% you"
