FNB - where no one knows whats going on

The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have switched banks due to the continuous bad service, but unfortunately still have home loans with FNB. I have access bonds with FNB but have been unable to transfer money from the accounts as they have not changed the bank details linked to the account. I went into a branch to sort this out. (I was told I need to open a new account to be able to transfer the money to my new bank account - which was false). Clearly the lady had not been trained properly or was just trying to make a quick commission on a new account, either way I was **** to. I called the home loan division, 30 minutes later The person figured out what needed to be done - How it takes so long I don't understand) and filled in all the required forms and returned it to the email address stated on the forms - this was all done in a branch. A week later nothing has happened and after a 20 minute phone call (which of course I have to pay for) and pleading to please speak to a manager I was horrified at what transpired. Firstly I was told that I did not send in a form (of course I have email proof of this). Then the manager told me I sent the wrong form. How could I not have sent a form and sent the wrong from at the same time, do you lie, try to manipulate and pass blame to all your customers? After speaking to a manager I was told that the email address on the form was incorrect. How can this happen? You have a huge big brick wall between your customers and the service department and then it is made even worse when you think you are finally getting somewhere but the contact information you are given is totally wrong. How can a bank think that it is acceptable to do this. Its an endless process of not getting anything sorted. I was given the correct email address to send the form to and then the managers email address, I should have known, the address (not the managers, but the generic one) that I was given bounced back. I would like to know if you are happy with any part of this service?
