FNB, where is my son's money!

Here we go again, new year, same **** service! I have a FNB Youth account that i have been saving money in for my son over the years - only to find that the account and the monies has disappeared from my profile - the account was linked to my One Account! FNB, where is my account and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
