FNB - Where is my passport??? BRANCH CLOSED DOWN!!!

App**** for a new passport through FNB President Street West. Received notification that the document was ready for collection and on arrival at the branch I found that the branch had closed with no notification as to where the passport document has been sent! Tried Premier Banking and my branch and no one bothers to get back to me!!!

Fnb MUST find my passport!!!
