FNB WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!
I hired a car on the 21st of December and used my FNB card to pay for my deposit. An amount of R3900 was deducted from my account but it was in holding (it did not go out of my account to the car rental company's account). On the 28th of December, the car rental company instructed FNB to release my funds because I returned the car.
The funds appeared pending in my account before I returned the car. After they were asked to release my funds the entire transaction disappeared from my transaction history and the money was never reflected in my balance.
I have been in and out of the bank, calling the customer center since the 30th of December until today. I have not received my money. No one wants to account for what happened to my money.
The authorisation department asked me to do a bank recon several times and that was done and the consultants confirmed that the month wasn't released back into my account.
The ***** department failed to help me too.

I filed a complaint with your care department on the 1st of February and I received an automated email that I will be contacted and my complaint will be resolved within 5 days. Today is the 15th and I haven’t been contacted.
After filing more complaints with your care department, going to the branch in Tablebay mall, and writing this review I received an email on the 13th that I will be contacted within 24-48 hours. I still have not been contacted.
