FNB where is my money

So I was on a call for over an hour, querying about my FNB credit card payment which I made over 7 days ago, has not reflected on my available balance. Nobody from FNB can explain to me why. I've been transfered from 1 consultant to the other over 6 times, I still didn't get assistance. All I want to know is where is my money.
