FNB where is my help as a client

I am deeply disappointed in fnb my account has been frozen by a lady named Beverly nukeri, she is unreliable and unreachable every time I try to contact her, for the past two weeks I have been in and out of the bank another lady assisted me on the phone who was laughing at my misfortune/ what I am currently going through. I have played my part and gave them sources of where my income is from I have cooperated but I am frustrated and tired at this treatment I am getting. Their slogan is how can we help you but I have had poor help thus far. I need to eat pay my bills and Beverly nukeri is no where to be found.
