FNB WHERE ARE YOU?

I changed products within FNB and to that end had to add a new virtual card. Once done FNB needs to verify it. Since 10h24 this morning I tried holding for extended times eventually running out of airtime I tried the secure chat. You will request the verification, gets transferred and told to wait. Whilst waiting I receive a message that I did not reposnd and FNB terminate the discussion. Now 17h25 the card is still not activated. You need the card to earn e bucks but yet FNB does not or cannot assist the ckient. I suppose Discovery is a better option.
