FNB - When did it become a Mickey Mouse bank?

<p>I have a personal loan with fnb which was in arrears because I lost my job.. I called to inform them of my situation. After a period of 6 months without employment I got the job and I called to arrange for payments, shared my story with them and my situation n we agreed on R2500 installment monthly till I finish the arrears.. this month I transferred R2500 to the loan account and fnb took R8127.12 which now made my account to be up to date.. then they had to transfer back to my account the R2500 which now is the advance amount on my loan account and has left me with a huge short fall on my income! I then went to fnb branch which they called personal loans for me and I got no joy.. spoke to now after I held on for a consultant for about an hour... then left the branch because the staff said there's nothing they can do.. I went in the following day same story no joy at all.. this time they got me on the phone but chased from one consultant to another for over two hours then I gave..</p> <p> </p> <p>Now to top it all whilst I was still thinking of a solution hoping they will respond to my emails today money is transferred to my account and the are taking R2500.. </p> <p> </p> <p>This bank clearly does not care about clients n they know how customer service works and I am very disappointed! </p>
