FNB when can we help you? (when ever we want)

I am writhing this with mixed emotions more to my Personal Banker than FNB. lets start at the beginning. We (My Fiancé and I) went to view a property that is a quicksell property, I was informed that the bank will not accept a subject to purchase offer. Okay happy so I sold my property. I contacted the Home agent and she said that the place is still available, I jumped at the opportunity and submitted a OTP the owner accepted my offer and we were ecstatic!!! but what we didn't know, the bank will take their sweet time to accept the offer as well. (Please note my house is sold) after fighting calling all the numbers on the FNB app no one could point me in the correct direction. I even tried to make contact with the HOD via Twitter with no success. We were stressed out were are we moving to wats gonna happen? I remembered that I have a Personal Banker Lebogang Dibetle is her name. Now she knows how to get stuff done!!! I told her my story and with out hesitation she jumped into this issue feet first. She really knows breaths and lives the FNB slogan How can we help you? after the countless emails personal WhatsApp messages and emails back and forth Lebo made it Happen FNB please get more of Lebo's!!!!! the agent called me today 23/10/2020 and informed me that the bank accepted the offer Thank you Lebo!!!!! but retracted their offer and will not be paying the Mortgage originator her commission, if not for her the OTP would of expired on the 22/10/2020 just because the bank took their time, I feel it is unfair to do that. but their loss thanks again Lebo you are the reason i will stay with FNB
