FNB what's happening

Not even a star worth. So I logged a complaint and they got a complaint handler to call me, Jason Davids. Service delivery failed the first time when he said he will call me but never did. FNB failed again the 2nd time when the handler does not replies to my emails. And a 3rd time coz I am still waiting for my debit orders to be reversed. After I was emailed on Monday stating in black and white that it will be 4days. I'm really now so disgusted with this poor service, over promising and under delivering.
