FNB WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!

I got an email at 15h08 today advising me that my personal and business banking profiles have been merged. There was no prior warning, no prior discussion, just a unilateral decision from FNB to do as they please. This has now been done without my permission!

I SPECIFICALLY have different profiles for my business and personal bank accounts. Now you have merged them. This means my financial manager can see my personal bank accounts and all my personal transactions.

This is a VIOLATION of my right to keep my personal data private!!!

I want this reversed. You have 48 hours to fix this or I will close my personal bank accounts with FNB and move them to Capitec!
