FNB what are you doing? Everytime you send me round and round and no one can help.

All I need to do is check why my business card does not allow the Apple Company (not online purchase) to deduct a payment for app development.

Call Business - they transferred me to Card Authroisations and they said Business needs to do it.

And AGAIN we are on a merry-go-round. Of course, I would not have needed to call if my private banker was reachable.

Surely this cannot be what you aim for customer frustration, as far as I remember we aim for customer satisfaction.

I am not asking for massive banking assistance here, simply someone who can check if the business card is allowing international transactions and if not, to rectify it.
